Denim Shipping Page

So you went with the custom denim option, i like it ;)

Thank you for choosing Creatives by Jenna Custom Denim and giving us the opportunity to spice up that closet! You will not be disappointed, here is what you need to know:

 

NOTE: you have to submit a request through the Custom Denim page before shipping any garments to me. If items are blindly shipped they will be sent back to the sender upon arrival. 

1. Getting the item to me: this is a charge that you will pay. The shipping address is disclosed to you once you have submitted a request. If you are located in the area and would like to do local drop off/meet up that can be arranged as well (see below)

2. Once I have received the garment: i will send an email confirming your items arrival. I will then complete your request in the agreed upon estimate time talked about in initial inquiry. 

3. I will ship the item back to you: this is a charge that I will pay. As a thank you to you for choosing Creatives by Jenna Custom Denim we will ship your garment back to you free of charge!

Local drop/Meet up: This option is available to anyone in the area that would like to utilize it, times and locations will be discussed via email or text with each client.
